Chanel isn't exactly in my budget but I do like the espadrille look, it's fresh and cute for summer. The other day at Jcrew I saw these espadrilles that I think would look adorable with some white skinny jeans and a colored v neck. Are you an espadrille fan??

Espadrilles are the New Black
Espadrilles have always been sold in the summer (Fun Fact: Espadrilles have been worn for over 4000 years!) but it seems as if recently they've really been making a comeback. I think we have Chanel to thank for this. Their espadrille slip-ons have been a staple piece in many women's wardrobes for the past two summers. This season the flats come in multiple colors but I think my favorite are the black leather pair.

Designer of the Moment: Mara Hoffman
Look at the maxi dress above! Isn't the pattern incredible? The dress is by one of my new favorite designers, Mara Hoffman. I think all of her pieces are absolutely perfect for summer. Her geometric patterns are eye catching. I think her patterns also translate extremely well to swimwear. What do you think about her patterns? Are they a little too much or could you see yourself rocking them on a beach vacation?

Perfume Time
With each season I like to rotate my perfumes. A few months ago I was given a Marc by Marc Jacobs fragrance trio that contained Daisy, Daisy Eau so Fresh, and Dot. Ever since the sun has been shining, I've been wearing Daisy. The other scents are equally as delicious but there's just something so great about Daisy for the Spring. I know it's a very popular fragrance and I can finally see what all the hype is about. It feels so feminine and fresh and I can't see myself rotating to another perfume anytime soon. And there's no denying that the bottle looks adorable on top of my vanity!

The Tangerine Blazer and Metallic Sandals
The other day I stepped into Zara curious to see what they had in their spring collection. Among the racks of black clothing I spotted a gorgeous blazer. The photo does not do the lovely tangerine color any justice. The moment I put the blazer on I imagined infinite ways that I could wear the gorgeous piece. It is such a versatile, stunning blazer that can be worn in both the spring and summer months. Below I've listed three ways that I could see myself wearing the blazer...
- Casual Summer - The blazer would look great paired with a simple white tank tucked into some cutoff jean shorts. I'd finish the look with Zara metallic sandals (pictured below) and some aviator glasses and my Louis Vuitton Neverfull bag.
- Casual Spring - Almost the the same look as above but instead of shorts, I would pair the look with some medium-light wash skinny jeans and layered gold necklaces.
- Dressed Up -The blazer would also look fantastic on top of a white dress paired with some nude pumps.
