According to Phil, the groundhog, there are just 6 more weeks left of winter. Even though Spring is over a month away I'm already planning out my wardrobe. Hopefully it's a warm Spring because I've seen so many fun dresses at Forever21. The dresses are all a steal at $12.80 each, so they would be great to play the high-low game with. Imagine them paired with
these wedges! But just a warning, Forever21 dresses tend to run very short. It's still too cold to even think about ordering these dresses but nevertheless I'm getting excited for blooming flowers and sunshine.
